A hands‑on leadership opportunity within a luxury serviced apartment property in one of Cape Town’s most sought‑after destinations.

• Drive high standards of service and operational excellence
• Manage and support staff while maintaining strong team performance
• Ensure an exceptional, guest‑focused experience
• Maintain attention to detail across all areas of the property

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as an Operations Manager or similar management role within luxury serviced apartments, hotels or hospitality

ESSENTIAL

• Strong operational and people‑management skills
• Proven ability to lead and coordinate multiple teams
• Excellent guest relations and communication skills
• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
• Experience with Opera Cloud and/or related hotel operating systems
• Valid Driver’s Licence
