Job summary

Bright Placements (PTY) Ltd is seeking a Lodge Operations Manager for a luxury safari destination in South Africa. The role requires proven experience in high-end hospitality and the ability to lead a diverse team in a remote bush setting.

You will oversee guest services, maintain standards of service, and collaborate with management to deliver unforgettable guest experiences. Accommodation is provided as part of a live-in package, with 21 days on and 7 days off.

Qualifications

• Experience in a luxury lodge or five-star hospitality environment.
• Passion for guest service and creating unforgettable experiences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership, organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Computer literacy and experience with hospitality management systems.
