Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive operations management experience in wine/bev or hospitality.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Admin, or related field.
• Proven ability to lead multiple operational areas (production, F&B, retail).
• Strong financial acumen including P&L, budgeting and cost control.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Willingness to work weekends/holidays and reside near Paarl.

• Strong understanding of P&L statements, budgeting, and cost control.
