Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in Operations/Service delivery
• Experience in UK Financial Services, collections, or similar
• Proven ability to drive performance and coach teams

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day Collections operations with strong customer, quality and compliance outcomes.
• Own KPIs and SLAs; use data to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
• Ensure fair customer outcomes and support for financial difficulty situations.
• Build and maintain strong client/stakeholder relationships and provide clear performance updates.
• Lead and develop Team Leaders to drive accountability and performance.
