Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of progressive experience in warehouse/operations management, preferably in FMCG.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP systems.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of the North West region's logistics infrastructure is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, warehousing, inventory control, and dispatch.
• Develop and implement efficient warehouse strategies and workflows to maximize productivity and minimize costs.

About the Role

• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations relevant to warehouse environments.
• Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP systems.
• Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet operational deadlines.
