Qualifications

• Bachelors in Engineering/Operations Mgmt/Business or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 7+ years in operations consulting, process improvement or supply chain management.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and complex transformations.
• Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Theory of Constraints and tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with clear communication.
• Willingness to travel to client sites, including Rustenburg and North West.

Responsibilities

• Lead assessment and diagnosis of client operational performance for improvements.
• Design and implement optimized processes, supply chains, and manufacturing systems.
• Develop and execute project plans with resources, timelines and budgets.
• Utilize lean methodologies, Six Sigma and continuous improvement frameworks.
• Coach and mentor client teams through change and implementation phases.
• Build strong relationships with clients at all levels.
• Prepare reports and presentations outlining findings, recommendations, roadmaps.
• Contribute to proprietary methodologies and offerings in operations consulting.
