Qualifications

• This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or Supply Chain Management.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in operations management, preferably in logistics or manufacturing.
• Experience managing large teams and complex operational environments.
• Strong understanding of operational metrics, financial management and budgeting.
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic operational plans to achieve business objectives in Pietermaritzburg.
