Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in operations coordination or a related role.
• Qualification in Business Administration, IT, Project or Operations Management.
• Experience coordinating work across multiple teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of change control, release management, and governance.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Outstanding organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple activities simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate operational activities, schedules and workstreams across teams.
• Facilitate change and release management with governance adherence.
• Plan, schedule, track and execute operational rollouts and changes.
• Act as a central point between technical teams, stakeholders and partners.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and elevate issues when needed.
• Assist with capacity planning and workload coordination.
• Track and follow up on tasks, incidents, and problem management.
• Maintain accurate records, reports and governance documentation.
• Support continuous improvement of processes and workflows.
• Contribute to risk mitigation and ensure governance is followed.
