Job summary

Danté Personnel Recruitment invites applications for an experienced Operations Coordinator in Johannesburg CBD. You will oversee end‑to‑end international freight shipments, from confirmed bookings to final delivery and invoicing.

You will manage imports and exports across sea, air, and road freight, leveraging CargoWise and related systems to ensure accurate customs entries and timely updates.

Qualifications

• Matric/National Senior Certificate.
• Minimum 3 years freight forwarding or international operations experience.
• Experience with imports and exports.
• Experience with FCL, LCL, air freight and road freight.
• CargoWise or similar freight-management system experience is advantageous.
• Customs entry framing / SARS EDI experience is advantageous.

SA - Gauteng, Johannesburg CBDR 19 000 CTC per month Our Client based in Johannesburg is seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to manage international freight shipments from the point a confirmed booking is handed over by Sales through to final delivery, invoicing and file closure. You will handle both imports and exports across sea FCL, sea LCL, air freight and road freight.Minimum requirements:

• Matric / National Senior Certificate

• Imports and exports experience
