Job summary

Dante Personnel in Germiston seeks an experienced Operations/Maintenance Manager to oversee packaging operations and maintenance programs. You will lead teams, optimize production and ensure preventative maintenance is in place to maximize output and efficiency.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in manufacturing/packaging, strong leadership and decision-making skills, and are computer literate. Experience with sachet filling machines is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or National Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
