Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or National Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of operational or maintenance management experience in a manufacturing or packaging environment.
• Proven track record in preventative maintenance systems and production optimization.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Computer literate.
• Experience with sachet filling machines or liquid packaging equipment is advantageous.
