Qualifications

• Previous experience in courier/logistics/shipping is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support daily branch operations across imports, exports, and dispatch.
• Coordinate with drivers, customers, airlines, vendors, and internal teams.
• Prepare and process shipping, import, and export documentation.
• Monitor shipment progress and assist in resolving delays or issues.
• Maintain updates across operational systems and records.
• Assist with packaging prep, temperature monitor handling, and replenishment.
• Support compliance with procedures and standards.
• Help manage stock-related activities, including stock counts.
• Complete general operational administration, filing, and record keeping.
• Provide support to other functions, including customer service and wider branch ops.
