Job summary

Jabu Logistics PTY LTD in Cape Town seeks a highly execution-driven operations professional to own customer operations across teams. This role is systems-driven, with a strong focus on ticketing, resolution, SOP execution, and cross-team coordination.

You will manage the full lifecycle of every ticket from creation to closure, enforce SLAs, monitor dashboards, and drive daily, weekly, and monthly reporting.

Qualifications

• Must have a proven track record in Help Desk / Support Ops or Customer Operations.
• Ability to implement and enforce SOPs in real time across multiple teams.
• Experience with ticketing workflows, categorization, escalation, and resolution management.

Responsibilities

• Create and track every customer issue ticket through to resolution.
• Enforce SLA compliance and timely responses.
• Coordinate with Operations, Finance and Field teams to ensure complete accountability.
• Monitor dashboards and ticket queues; report on performance and trends.
