Qualifications

• 5+ years in operational administration, logistics, or supply chain environments.
• 3+ years in leadership or management roles.
• Experience overseeing procurement activities, supplier performance, and governance.
• Experience managing reporting, controls, and cross-functional stakeholder relationships.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Operations Administration function.
• Develop and improve administrative systems, processes, and controls.
• Provide operational support to warehousing, logistics, inventory and customer delivery.
• Oversee procurement activities, supplier performance, and governance.
• Monitor operational and procurement expenditure and drive cost optimisation.
• Manage reporting, invoicing controls, and admin processes.
• Build relationships across Operations, Finance, Sales, Warehousing and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with policies, governance and legislative standards.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance service delivery and efficiency.
