Placements24 is seeking a Management Consultant focused on Operational Excellence to join our Randburg practice in a traditional office setting. You will optimize business processes, design improved workflows, and support the implementation of best practices across client operations in Gauteng.

The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive change and deliver measurable improvements for clients in Randburg and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in management consulting or a related field with a focus on operations.
• Proficiency in process mapping, data analysis, and performance metrics.
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with client teams in Randburg.
