Qualifications

• Relevant national diploma.
• Minimum of two years of related experience in an engineering, manufacturing, mining or related environment.
• Ability to lead a team.
• Computer literacy.
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.

Responsibilities

• Daily scheduling of production activities to maximize production, quality/output KPI’s and on-time deliveries.
• Report delays in achieving daily targets, machine breakdowns and deliveries and take action where targets are not met.
• Ensuring schedule adherence is consistently above 95%.
• Performance manage subordinates who do not meet the targets.
