Responsibilities

• Coordinate all event details, shipping materials and staffing.
• Be on-site to set up, align with the on-site team, tear down and clean areas.
• Provide a warm, friendly welcome to guests and ensure a high-quality customer experience.
• Escalate issues to Events Team and communicate updates during the event.
• Pack and ship materials after events and assist with post-event cleanup.
