Job summary

Sigma Connected Group is seeking a Core Trainer to deliver engaging training for onboarding and ongoing development at our Paarl office. You will partner with operations to ensure learners reach required competency levels and apply effective learning solutions in a dynamic environment.

The role emphasizes creating a positive, inclusive learning climate, updating materials, and tracking progress while supporting continuous improvement across the business.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years' experience in training delivery.
• Experience in a BPO environment is preferred.
• Experience managing classroom dynamics and creating positive learning environments.
• Strong organisational, planning, and time management skills.
• Ability to analyse training data and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and effective training programmes for onboarding and development.
• Collaborate with operational leaders to ensure learners achieve competency levels.
• Update training content to stay aligned with operational requirements.
• Maintain training records, assessments, and compliance documentation.
• Support continuous learning improvements and participate in L&D projects.
