Qualifications

• Previous experience in crew administration on board a vessel or in a maritime setting.
• Strong knowledge of crew management processes and procedures.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and crew management software or systems.

• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced maritime environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Willingness to travel as needed and work irregular hours.

Responsibilities

• Manage all administrative tasks related to the crew, including processing contracts, payroll, and crew schedules onboard the cruise ship.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date crew records, including personal information, training, and certifications.
• Coordinate crew travel arrangements, including flights, visas, and accommodations.
• Monitor crew attendance and work closely with the vessel's captain to ensure proper staffing levels.
• Oversee the onboard crew store and manage inventory and sales.
• Handle crew inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Assist with crew training and development programs.
• Prepare and maintain crew-related budgets and expenses.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of the vessel.
