Crew Life at Sea Ltd. seeks an energetic onboard finance assistant to support the Purser with financial and administrative duties on a cruise ship.

You will manage guest accounts, process payments, and keep precise records while coordinating with various ship departments to ensure smooth operations. The role requires hospitality experience, strong communication, and meticulous attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or cruise industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary visas and certifications.
• Must be able to commit to a 6-month contract and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Purser in managing all financial and administrative tasks onboard the cruise ship.
• Handle guest accounts and process cash and credit card transactions.
• Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
• Manage the ship's inventory and supplies.
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of the ship.
• Assist with any other duties as assigned by the Purser or management team.
