Job summary

Boardroom Appointments is seeking two Production Pharmacists for our Gauteng manufacturing site. You will oversee GMP-compliant production, packaging processes and regulatory adherence while ensuring documented accuracy and product quality across batches.

The role requires 3–5 years in pharmaceutical manufacturing, SAPC registration and strong attention to detail. On-site work and permanent employment are offered with opportunities to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• BPharm degree with SAPC registration.
• 3–5 years' experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Experience with GMP systems and regulatory inspections.
• Experience in SOP development and document control.

Responsibilities

• GMP compliance and production oversight within packaging operations.
• Review batch manufacturing records for accuracy and GMP compliance.
• Lead deviations investigations and CAPA effectiveness assessments.
• Support process validation and change control activities.
• Maintain training and competency records for production staff.
