Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with special educational needs, as directed by teachers and educational psychologists.
• Assist students in accessing the curriculum and participating in classroom activities.
• Implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavior management strategies.
• Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to the teaching team and parents.
