Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Special Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- Relevant certification or qualification in special needs education.
- Experience working with students with a range of learning disabilities.
- Proficiency in utilizing online communication and educational tools.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one and small group instructional support to students with special needs via online platforms.
- Assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Collaborate with teachers and specialists to adapt curriculum and learning materials for diverse needs.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress and support strategies.
- Maintain detailed records of student performance, interventions, and progress towards IEP goals.
