Job summary

Marvel Placement Consultants is seeking an experienced Project Administration professional to support the Mine Manager and project teams on site in Balfour, Mpumalanga. The role focuses on diary management, meeting coordination and maintaining project documentation.

Ideal candidates will have at least five years in mining project administration, with strong Excel and MS Office skills, and familiarity with mining/project management systems. On-site work is required.

Qualifications

• Qualification in project/office administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years' project administration experience in the mining industry.
• Experience supporting Mine/Project/Engineering managers or senior mining management is advantageous.
• Proven mine site or mining operation experience.
• Strong knowledge of mining project administration, reporting and document management.
• Experience with project documentation, meeting coordination, action registers and reporting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
• Experience with mining/project management systems.
• On-site, full-time work in Balfour, Mpumalanga.
• Direct mining project administration experience required.
• General admin experience without mining exposure will not be considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide admin support to the Mine Manager, manage diary and meetings.
• Maintain project registers, trackers, schedules and records.
• Compile weekly/monthly reports and manage project documentation.
• Coordinate contractor and stakeholder communication.
• Assist with procurement, POs and expenditure tracking.
• Support compliance and site administration processes.
