Job summary

Recruitment Web South Africa is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead mining-focused initiatives from inception to completion in KwaZulu-Natal on-site, driving operational excellence and stakeholder satisfaction.

You will develop project plans, oversee multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors, monitor milestones, manage budgets and change orders, and ensure comprehensive reporting and compliant practices.

Qualifications

• Proven project management experience in mining, construction, electrical, or engineering sectors.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and project management tools.
• Ability to coordinate complex projects, manage multiple stakeholders, and deliver results.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans, schedules, and legal documentation.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage subcontractors.
• Monitor project progress, address delays, and optimize efficiencies.
• Manage financial aspects such as invoicing, budgets, and change orders.
