Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in electrical/electronic/automation discipline.
4+ years designing and implementing industrial automation systems.
Proficiency with PLC programming and HMI development.
Experience with robotics and motion control.
Knowledge of SCADA and industrial communication protocols.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement automated control systems for manufacturing processes.
Install, configure, and maintain PLCs, robots, HMI systems, and other automation equipment.
Troubleshoot and diagnose system malfunctions, performing repairs and preventative maintenance.
Develop and execute test plans for new and existing automated systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate automation solutions.
Create and maintain detailed technical documentation including schematics and wiring diagrams.
Identify opportunities for process improvement through new automation technologies.
Ensure all automation systems comply with industry standards and safety regulations.
Provide technical support and training to staff.
