Qualifications

• 3-5 years' experience configuring Windows Desktop and Server environments.
• Experience in local and remote environments.
• Experience with cloud technologies and IT equipment procurement.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd line support for Windows desktop environments.
• Configure Microsoft 365 and networking systems.
• Monitor Internet links and ensure IT processes are updated.
