Job summary

Pick n Pay in Cape Town seeks an experienced SAP ERP Specialist focused on MM and SD to support omnichannel retail. You will optimize inventory management, sales order processing, and cross-functional processes across e-commerce, supply chain, and IT.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, configure SAP modules, troubleshoot integration issues, and drive continuous improvement. A 5+ year retail SAP background and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

5+ years SAP ERP in a retail environment with MM and SD modules.
Experience integrating SAP with e-commerce, POS, or WMS.
Bachelor’s degree in IS/CS/IT or related; SAP certs acceptable.

Responsibilities

Configure, maintain, and optimize SAP MM/SD to support day-to-day retail operations.
Collaborate with e-commerce and IT to integrate SAP with online shopping platforms and interfaces.
Analyze and improve business processes to maximize SAP value across supply chain and ecommerce.
Troubleshoot SAP ERP issues affecting online orders, inventory, or pricing.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure SAP supports cross-department needs.
Participate in SAP version upgrades and new module deployments.
Document configurations and train users on SAP processes.
