Job summary

Dis-Chem Pharmacies is seeking an Omni Channel Sales Account Manager to join the Dis-Chem Media team in Midrand. You will own a portfolio of smaller omni-only advertisers, selling our Omni Channel solutions across digital screens, web, app, CRM, social and content placements to drive profitable revenue growth.

• Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business or related field OR 3–5 years of Media, Digital or Advertising Sales experience.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
• Own and grow revenue across a portfolio of smaller omni-only advertisers.
• Sell the full Dis-Chem Media omni channel offering, including digital screens, web, app, CRM, social and content placements.
• Build insight-led proposals that match each client’s objectives and budget to the most effective omni channel mix.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Omni Channel Project Managers to ensure sold campaigns are briefed, executed and reported accurately.
• Collaborate with the Design Studio and the Head Office Marketing execution hub on campaign creative and delivery.
• Share client feedback and market intelligence with the Sales & Operations Director to shape the omni channel product roadmap.
• Ensure all campaigns are booked, contracted and invoiced in line with Dis-Chem Media commercial governance.
• Apply rate card and discount governance to protect yield across the omni-only client portfolio.

Dis-Chem Pharmacies has an opportunity available for a Omni Channel Sales Account Manager to join the Dis-Chem Media team in Midrand. The Omni Channel Sales Account Manager owns a portfolio of smaller, Omni-only advertisers, selling Dis-Chem Media's Omni Channel solutions to clients who do not hold in-store media contracts and delivering profitable revenue growth across this client base.

• Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business or a related field OR 3-5 years of Media, Digital or Advertising Sales experience, ideally in retail, media or FMCG
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets
• Own and grow revenue across a portfolio of smaller omni-only advertisers, from prospecting and pitching through to renewal.
• Sell the full Dis-Chem Media omni channel offering, including digital screens, web, app, CRM, social and content placements.
• Build insight-led proposals that match each client’s objectives and budget to the most effective omni channel mix.

Leadership and collaboration:

• Work with the Omni Channel Project Managers to ensure sold campaigns are briefed, executed and reported accurately.
• Collaborate with the Design Studio and the Head Office Marketing execution hub on campaign creative and delivery.
• Share client feedback and market intelligence with the Sales & Operations Director to shape the omni channel product roadmap.

Governance and risk:

• Ensure all campaigns are booked, contracted and invoiced in line with Dis-Chem Media commercial governance.
• Apply rate card and discount governance to protect yield across the omni-only client portfolio.
• Identify and escalated delivery, payment or brand-safety risks promptly.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation and presentation skills
• Good understanding of Digital, Retail Media and Omni Channel advertising
• Target-driven and self-managed, comfortable running a high-volume client portfolio
