Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in production engineering within the Oil & Gas industry.
• Proficiency with production monitoring software and data analysis tools.
• Understanding of artificial lift systems (e.g., ESPs, gas lift) and wellbore diagnostics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a field-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily production volumes and operational parameters of oil and gas wells.
• Analyze production data to identify well performance issues, such as artificial lift problems or formation damage.
• Develop and implement strategies for production optimization, including artificial lift design and well interventions.
• Conduct root cause analysis for production downtime and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare production forecasts and operational reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations related to production operations.
