Job summary

Responsibilities

• Coordinate administrative activities of the office.
• Evaluate office production and devise methods to improve workflow.
• Oversee opening, sorting and routing of incoming mail and preparations for outgoing correspondence, post, mail and packages.
• Coordinate receipt, storage and issuance of stationery and office supplies; oversee periodic inventories and reorders.
• Act as first point of contact for facilities issues and log maintenance, cleaning and location services; negotiate service contracts for such services.
• May be responsible for conference/meeting room administration including catering and setup.
