Qualifications

• Registered with SANC as Professional Nurse.
• 7 years nursing experience after registration, 3 in mental health.
• Diploma/Degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification.

Responsibilities

• Ensure clinical nursing practice in the unit per scope and standards.
• Manage PMDS, CPD, mentorship, and orientation for staff.
• Coordinate nursing research and development within the unit.
