Qualifications

• Grade 12 or equivalent with Basic R425 qualification and SANC registration as Professional Nurse.
• Minimum 7 years nursing experience after registration with SANC in General Nursing.
• Diploma/Degree in Health Service Management/Nursing Administration/Management.
• Computer literacy and valid drivers' license.
• Knowledge of Nursing Act, Health Act, OHS Act and Labour relations Act; Batho-Pele principles.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate optimal, holistic specialized nursing care within professional/legal framework.
• Manage supervision and utilization of resources.
• Coordinate training and research for nursing services.
• Provide support to nursing services and promote Batho-Pele and patient-centered care.
• Ensure Clinical Nursing practice per scope and standards; maintain professional growth.
