Job summary

Strong leadership, communication, and management skills; ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership toward nursing strategic plan realization and departmental goals.
Support quality patient care through effective nursing programs and governance.
Develop, implement, and monitor policies and standards for nursing care.
Manage human, financial, and material resources; coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
Utilize information systems to improve service delivery and performance management.
