Job summary

A24 Group Limited in Cape Town seeks a Hunter Recruiter to fuel UK healthcare staffing with proactive calls, headhunting and candidate closing.

Base salary ranges from R12,000 to R18,000 per month plus uncapped commission; OTE around R30,000 monthly for top performers. Hours are Mon–Fri, 9am–7pm, location Bree Street, Cape Town, where you’ll build your own pipeline and close placements quickly.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in call centres, telesales, B2B, retail or any target-driven role.
• Resilience, confidence and hunger to earn.
• Excellent English and a strong phone manner.

The role

Package:Basic R12,000 to R18,000 per month depending on experience, plus uncapped commission. OTE R30,000 per month, with top earners well above that.
Hours:Monday to Friday, 9am to 7pm
