Job summary

Qualifications

• Relevant Nursing Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years experience in Public Health and NiMART Certificate.
• Desirable: Certification/experience in HIV management, training and mentoring.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of the Gophelega programme at local health areas.
• Monitor facility performance against targets and review progress with stakeholders.
• Conduct facility and clinical audits, identify gaps and implement remedial actions.
• Provide ART and prophylaxis per DoH guidelines and manage opportunistic infections.
• Support data reporting, SOP development and staff training to improve efficiency.
