Job summary

AJ Personnel seeks a program lead to drive the Gophelega implementation at the Tshwane Gazankulu Clinic. You will oversee QA activities, monitor facility performance, and ensure ART provision aligns with DoH guidelines. Strong coordination with DOH, Wits RHI, and clinic teams is essential.

You will supervise staff, manage data reporting, and contribute to SOP development to improve patient care and program outcomes. Travel to local health areas may be required.

Qualifications

• Relevant Nursing Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years experience in Public Health and NiMART Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Monitor facility performance and track program targets.
• Lead facility quality improvement and clinical audits.
• Provide ART management and adherence support per DoH guidelines.
• Supervise staff and ensure accurate data reporting.
• Coordinate training and mentoring with DOH and partners.
• Develop and implement SOPs to improve operations.
