Job summary

AJ Personnel is seeking a Gophelega implementation lead based at Wits RHI, Tshwane (Gazankulu Clinic), to drive the Gophelega program in local health areas and support HIV/TB care quality improvement.

You will monitor facility performance, coordinate with DoH and stakeholders, conduct audits, and implement remedial plans while guiding nurses and counsellors in ART management and adherence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in public health and NiMART certificate.
• Relevant nursing diploma or equivalent.
• Desirable certification/experience in HIV management and mentoring.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of the Gophelega program within local health areas to achieve program targets and improve HIV/TB care.
• Regularly monitor facility performance, conduct audits, and implement remedial plans with the facility team.
• Support adherence, ART initiation and management, and PMTCT activities in line with DoH guidelines.
