Placements24 is assisting a Kimberley-based charity to recruit a Finance Administrator. The role oversees accounts payable and receivable, payroll processing, and budget tracking to ensure transparent and compliant financial management for community programs.

The ideal candidate has proven experience in nonprofit finance, proficiency with Pastel, Sage and Excel, and strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial administration or accounting, preferably in non-profit organisations.
• Proficiency with accounting software and Excel for reporting and records.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day financial operations: processing invoices, payments and receipts.
• Prepare and process monthly payroll.
• Assist in budget preparation and monitor variances.
• Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger entries.
• Support preparation of financial statements and audit reports.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and relevant charity regulations.
