Momentum is seeking a product management professional to join the No-Lapse solutions team in South Africa. The role covers solution design, risk management, communication, servicing, and compliance as part of a dynamic financial services environment.

Requirements include a Diploma in Business Analysis or a B Degree, at least 4 years in financial services, and product development experience. Proficiency in MS Office and strong communication are essential for success.

Formación

• Diploma in Business Analysis or a B Degree.
• 4+ years in financial services.
• Product development experience.
• Proficient in MS Office Packages (MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Powerpoint, MS Excel).
• Strong verbal articulation, strong documentation and strong relationship building skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical support to the No-Lapse and Growth Solutions team and other stakeholder areas.
• Provide clients and distribution channels with live support to help with policy enrolment, premium payment, product understanding and servicing of queries.
• Identify opportunities to improve client and distribution experience - including communication - by analysing data and engaging with clients and sales staff.
• Develop and maintain relationships with various internal and external stakeholders, such as IT, distribution, legal & compliance, service, claims, asset management and valuations.
• Identify, investigate and analyse problems faced by clients, business and product owners; propose documented solutions that fully address the business requirements needed to optimise the business.
• Investigate and analyse alternative solutions and propose the best approach to meet a business need.
• Develop solutions that encompass the entire system (people, process and technology).
• Assist with quotations, competitor research and analysis to produce insights into design and pricing models for No-Lapse and future growth solutions.
• Ensure technical product and legislative knowledge are always current to propose the most relevant and innovative client solutions and comply with legislative and governance requirements.
• Contribute to continuous innovation in solution design and processes through the development, sharing and implementation of new ideas.
• Effectively manage time and ensure optimal productivity.
