Qualifications

• Matric or equivalent qualification required.
• 2–3 years logistics/warehousing experience.
• Proficient with Excel and inventory systems.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work night shift.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate receiving, warehousing, and distribution of goods.
• Manage stock levels, conduct stock takes, and resolve discrepancies.
• Schedule shipments with transport carriers to ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintain dispatch notes, delivery manifests, and inventory records.
• Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to resolve issues promptly.
• Monitor logistics metrics such as delivery times and costs.
• Ensure warehouse health and safety compliance.
• Assist in planning warehouse layouts to improve efficiency.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely.
