The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in fleet management, strong Excel skills, owns transport, and willingness to work night shifts and long hours.

Qualifications

• Matric and computer literacy required.
• Excel proficiency is compulsory.
• 1–3 years’ experience in fleet management.
• Own transport and sober habits required.
• Able to work night shifts, holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fleet management and monitor operations for productivity.
• Coordinate driver schedules and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Communicate updates with drivers and track orders.
• Coordinate vehicle maintenance, COF inspections and services.
• Generate reports on fleet performance and efficiency.
