Hatch is seeking a Night shift Site E&I Supervisor in Johannesburg to oversee and coordinate construction contractors, ensuring alignment with project schedules and performance goals. The role is a 12-month fixed-term contract, site-based with potential travel to remote locations.

The ideal candidate will have a technical degree, 5–10 years of onsite experience on major projects, strong leadership, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse site teams within EPCM

Qualificações

Technical degree or equivalent years of supervisory experience required for a leadership position.
Minimum five to ten years’ onsite experience on major projects.
Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and lead discipline-focused site teams.

Responsabilidades

Oversee construction supervision and administration including supervision of contractors and subcontractors.
Coordinate design deliverables to support continuous and efficient construction.
Communicate deficiencies and non-conformances to the Construction Manager and drive resolutions.
Assist with site administration, record keeping and Construction Execution Plan compliance.
Assist with construction estimating, scheduling, cost control and reporting for the contractor's scope.
