Job summary

Responsibilities include posting charges, balancing ledgers, generating nightly revenue reports, and ensuring high guest satisfaction while maintaining strict policy adherence.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 required.
• Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field beneficial.
• 2–3 years Front Office Supervisor/Team Leader experience in a hotel preferred.
• Night audit background and hotel financial reporting experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate completion of end-of-day financial and operational procedures.
• Provide courteous front office service during the night shift.
• Post room and conference charges accurately and balance accounts.
• Monitor security and health/safety procedures during the night shift.
• Act as Manager on Duty in the absence of senior management.
