Qualifications

• Previous front desk or night audit experience preferred.
• Basic accounting principles and cash handling knowledge.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency with PMS and MS Office.
• Ability to work independently with attention to detail overnight.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further accounting/hospitality studies are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform all guest check-ins and check-outs accurately during overnight shifts.
• Handle guest inquiries and requests professionally.
• Prepare, balance, and audit hotel guest accounts and revenue.
• Process nightly financial transactions, including card settlements and cash handling.
• Generate and distribute daily reports to management.
• Ensure safety and security of the hotel during the night.
