Job summary

Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a detail-oriented Night Auditor for a luxury wine estate in Franschhoek. This fixed-term contract role requires confident independent work and ensuring smooth overnight operations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Night Auditor or in a front office role within a luxury hotel/estate.
• Strong understanding of front office procedures and night audit processes.
• Excellent computer literacy and experience with hotel management systems.
• Solid numerical skills with strong financial awareness.
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Conduct the full night audit process in line with company standards.
• Reconcile daily revenue and prepare financial reports.
• Ensure all guest accounts are accurate and up to date.
• Manage late check-ins and early departures.
• Assist with guest queries and requests during night shift.
• Handle switchboard and reservations enquiries where required.
• Ensure the safety and security of guests and the property overnight.
• Prepare reports for senior management and the finance department.

Job Description

Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Night Auditor for a luxury wine estate based in Franschhoek. This fixed-term contract role is ideal for a hospitality professional who is confident working independently and ensuring the smooth running of overnight operations.

Salary: R12,000 – R15,000 per month

Live-out position
