Ninety One invites ambitious graduates to join the Nexus Programme in Cape Town. You will dive into technology architecture, data principles and modern workflows, working with our tech team on real projects from day one.

Year 1 builds foundation through hands-on tech work, while Year 2 connects you across the business in cross-functional squads to modernise processes and deliver AI-enabled solutions globally.

Qualifications
