Qualifications

• Degree in data science, CS, engineering, IS, actuarial science, statistics or mathematics.
• Strong academic record.

Responsibilities

• Year 1: Learn Ninety One’s technology architecture, data principles and tools; work with the tech team on real projects.
• Year 1: Build and deploy tech-enabled solutions; develop AI-powered products and workflows.
• Year 2: Join a cross-functional project squad; modernise business processes with a technology lens.
• Demonstrate initiative, curiosity and collaboration to tackle real business challenges.
