A top-selling automotive brand dealership in the Durban surrounding areas is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven New Vehicle Sales Manager to join their management team.

This position requires a strong automotive sales leader with extensive New Vehicle Sales Management experience, a proven track record of achieving sales targets and the ability to successfully manage and motivate a high-performing sales team.

Minimum Requirements

• 5-6+ years' New Vehicle Sales Management experience is essential
• Current or recent experience within a franchised motor dealership
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding New Vehicle Sales targets
• Strong leadership and people-management skills
• Excellent knowledge of dealership sales operations

Salary & Benefits
