Job summary

Bonafide Human Capital is seeking a New Vehicle Sales Manager in Cape Town to lead a commercial vehicle sales team. You will drive daily sales activity, visit customers and manage the pipeline while building long-term customer relationships.

Experience in commercial vehicles is not essential as full product and industry training will be provided. You will coach the team and help close key deals while forecasting stock and sales.

• Ensure sales executives achieve their activity, volume and profitability targets
• Coach and support the team throughout the sales process and assist in closing key deals
• Develop and maintain relationships with fleet owners, transport operators and key decision-makers
• Manage vehicle stock, order books and sales forecasts
